What is the AkilaCare monthly plan?
AkilaCare offers four all-inclusive monthly plans: Découverte (6h/month at €89), Essentiel (8h/month at €115), Confort (16h/month at €229), and Premium (32h/month at €449). Prices are shown net, after the 50% tax credit (applied instantly via URSSAF). Cleaner's salary, admin, payroll, URSSAF declarations — everything is included.
What services are included in the plan?
Home cleaning and ironing. Based on your needs (discussed during the home visit), your cleaner can also prepare a simple meal, handle laundry, do light tidying, or run small errands. The exact scope is defined during the home visit and listed in your quote.
How does the 50% tax credit work?
Because AkilaCare is a French SAP-certified provider (registration n° 994 235 430), you benefit from an instant tax credit. You only pay 50% of the bill — URSSAF (the French State) pays the other half directly to AkilaCare. All our prices are already shown net of the tax credit. No cash advance, no tax-return paperwork. This is a benefit available to anyone who is tax-resident in France, including expats.
What is the "mandataire" (personal-employer) model?
In the personal-employer model, you are the direct legal employer of your cleaner (standard French personal-employer contract, CESU+ declarations). AkilaCare handles all the admin for you: rigorous selection, contract drafting, monthly payroll, URSSAF declarations, holiday and sick-leave management, mediation if needed. You do nothing — we take care of everything. This model gives you full control over who comes to your home, with none of the paperwork.
How does cleaner selection work?
After the home visit and the quote approval, we select the cleaner best suited to your needs (skills, availability, proximity, profile). We share their profile with you (experience, qualifications, languages including English, driving licence). We then organise a face-to-face meeting at your home. If the meeting works for you, you approve and the contract is signed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None. No commitment, no minimum duration, no membership. You can cancel your subscription freely with 30 days' notice. You can also change your plan every month (Essentiel to Confort or Premium and back).
Can I pause my subscription for holidays?
Yes, and it's free. You get one month of free pause per year, with no fees and no loss of benefits. Ideal for summer trips. Beyond that, we can discuss specific arrangements case by case.
What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?
Extra hours are billed at the Essentiel rate of €13.63/hr after tax credit — never at a premium rate. And if unused hours accumulate in one month, you can roll up to 50% over to the next month. The system is designed to absorb the unexpected.
What if my regular cleaner is absent?
If your regular cleaner is on extended leave (long sick leave, maternity leave), our team helps you find a replacement quickly: we shortlist profiles, run interviews, and set up the new contract. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe, but we mobilise all our resources to minimise disruption.
Do you operate beyond Paris and Yvelines?
We currently cover Paris (all 20 arrondissements) and Yvelines (78). If you live in another nearby département (Hauts-de-Seine, Val-de-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis), contact us — we review each request based on the proximity of our cleaners. Our registered head office is in Paris 5e (we operate as a 100% online agency).
Can my services be funded by French public schemes (APA, PCH)?
No. AkilaCare is a declared French personal-services provider (registration n° SAP 994 235 430), without the additional public-funding accreditation. Our services are therefore not eligible for APA or PCH public funding. If you receive these subsidies, we're happy to refer you to an accredited partner. Clients who fund their services themselves automatically benefit from the 50% tax credit, applied instantly via URSSAF.

Cleaner selection
AkilaCare selects its cleaners on strictly professional criteria: documented experience, specific skills, availability, references checked by phone, clean B3 criminal record, valid right to work, individual interview. For each assignment, we identify the cleaner best matching your needs and share their profile (skills, experience, qualifications). The direct meeting at your home then allows personal evaluation before approval and signature.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the mandate contract (clients), the intermediation contract (cleaners), explicit consent, and legal obligation (URSSAF declarations, SAP compliance).
Data retention

- Cleaner applicant data: while registered + 3 years after the last assignment
