Cleaner selection
AkilaCare selects its cleaners on strictly professional criteria: documented experience, specific skills, availability, references checked by phone, clean B3 criminal record, valid right to work, individual interview. For each assignment, we identify the cleaner best matching your needs and share their profile (skills, experience, qualifications). The direct meeting at your home then allows personal evaluation before approval and signature.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the mandate contract (clients), the intermediation contract (cleaners), explicit consent, and legal obligation (URSSAF declarations, SAP compliance).
Data retention
- Client data: for the duration of the mandate + 3 years after termination
- Cleaner applicant data: while registered + 3 years after the last assignment
